These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Ajolinja Racing and other games or related online services published by Eneroc Oy where these Terms are referenced. By using the game or service, you agree to these Terms and applicable platform terms.
1. Publisher
The service is provided by Eneroc Oy, Kousankatu 1, 20610 Turku, Finland.
2. Permission to Use the Game
Eneroc grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the game for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the platform through which you obtained the game.
3. Accounts and Authentication
Some features may use a platform account or Google authentication to identify a player account, restore progress or enable online functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of accounts and devices under your control. You must not use another person's account without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the game or service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, exploit technical vulnerabilities for abusive purposes, manipulate rankings or results through unauthorized means, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
5. Game Data and Availability
Online features, statistics, rankings, stored progress and other service functionality may change over time. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online services.
6. Intellectual Property
The game, software, visual design, text, trademarks and other content provided by Eneroc are owned by Eneroc Oy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The game may interact with services provided by third parties, including application stores, platform services and authentication providers such as Google. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies in addition to these Terms.
8. Privacy

9. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time. Eneroc may restrict or terminate access to online services where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or serious violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and services are provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Eneroc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent such limitation is permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the game, services or legal requirements. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
