Eneroc Oy and applications published by Eneroc Oy ("Eneroc", "Publisher", "we", "us") respect the privacy of their users. Our games and applications collect only a limited amount of information necessary for providing the service, maintaining game functionality and securing user accounts.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the application and the features you use, we may collect or process:
- a unique game account, platform account or player identifier;
- gameplay information such as game progress, scores, achievements, rankings, race results and similar statistics generated while using the game;
- limited technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as application version, device or operating-system information, IP address, timestamps and error or diagnostic information;
- information received through a sign-in provider when you choose to use that sign-in method, as described below.
We do not intentionally ask for your postal address, phone contacts, photographs or precise location as part of normal gameplay unless a specific application feature clearly states otherwise.
2. Google Sign-In and Google User Data
Ajolinja Racing or another Eneroc game may offer Google authentication. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides the application only the information covered by the permissions (OAuth scopes) requested by the application and approved by you.
This may include a Google account identifier and basic account information, such as an email address, display name or profile image, when those fields are included in the permissions granted by you. We do not receive your Google password.
Google user data is used only as necessary to:
- authenticate you and identify your player account;
- link, restore or maintain your game account across supported sessions or devices;
- associate game progress, results, rankings or achievements with the correct account;
- prevent abuse, protect account security and diagnose authentication problems.
We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, cross-application tracking, credit decisions, or for selling user profiles or personal information.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected by our games and services is used for purposes directly related to operating and improving the game or application, including player identification, saving and restoring progress, maintaining scores and rankings, providing requested game functionality, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics and technical support.
4. Sharing of Information
Eneroc Oy does not sell users' personal information. We do not share game account identifiers, gameplay statistics or Google user data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, platform, authentication, analytics or technical service providers only where this is necessary to operate the service and subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
5. Advertising and Tracking
Eneroc does not use Google account information, game account identifiers or gameplay statistics for targeted advertising or cross-application tracking. If a particular game version contains advertising or third-party analytics, the relevant application disclosures and this policy will be updated to describe that processing.
6. Data Retention
Game account identifiers and gameplay statistics may be stored for as long as necessary to provide the game, maintain the associated account and statistics, comply with legal obligations, or resolve security and technical issues. Data that is no longer necessary may be deleted or anonymized.
Authentication tokens, where technically required, are retained only for as long as needed for the authorized function and are protected using appropriate technical measures.
7. Your Choices and Data Deletion
You may stop using Google authentication and revoke the application's access from your Google Account permissions. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete game data already stored by Eneroc.
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data associated with your game account. Instructions are available on our Data Deletion page. We may need information sufficient to identify the relevant game account and verify that the request concerns your account.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our applications do not intentionally collect personal information from children beyond information necessary to provide the game and account functionality described in this policy. If we become aware that personal information has been collected in a way that is not permitted by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. International Processing
Eneroc Oy is based in Finland. Some third-party platform or infrastructure providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable, transfers are handled using mechanisms required by data-protection law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our applications, technical implementation, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be made available at this URL and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
